Grown by a cooperative of around 1,500 dedicated farmers from Cafe Organics Marcala, the beans come from a diverse estate featuring Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties. Cultivated at 1,300–1,700 meters on mineral-rich clay soils, they’re meticulously processed to preserve brightness while revealing depth and nuance.
